Economic architecture of the ecosystem
Legal and economic structure of Volve Vision
VolveVision is a next-generation technology company that combines a traditional corporate model with the innovative capabilities of Web3. Currently, it operates as a limited liability company (LLC) registered under the applicable laws of Ukraine.
The owners of Volve Vision are participants who hold shares in the company's authorized capital. The LLC’s authorized capital is divided into shares distributed among the company's founders. These shares can be transferred—either sold or assigned to investors—allowing the company to raise funds without altering its organizational structure. Shareholders are entitled to receive dividends, which are distributed proportionally to their ownership stake. Each participant has voting rights in the General Meeting of the company, enabling them to influence key strategic decisions.
Corporate governance and its impact on economic balue
Key strategic decisions are made by the general meeting of participants, which determines the platform's development, investment strategy, business model changes, and dividend distribution. Operational management is carried out by the LLC’s director, who is responsible for implementing decisions and overseeing the company's day-to-day operations. Department heads and managers may receive delegated authority to oversee specific areas such as finance, marketing, technological development, and user support.
In the long term, Volve Vision plans to transition to a decentralized DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) model, meaning:
Company governance will be conducted through a voting mechanism in which all security token holders participate.
Key decisions will be executed via transparent and automated blockchain-based smart contracts.
The DAO structure will reduce the risks of centralized management, increasing trust in the project and creating a more equitable interaction system among participants.
